Bolade Soremekun had his first degree in Pharmacy at University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) He then obtained an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University, NYU, in 1982.After his MBA, He worked with Johnson and Johnson International in Pennsylvania, USA, as part of the company’s International MBA development programme until 1983, after which he returned to Nigeria to work with the local subsidiary which he started a new pharmaceutical department involved in the pharmaceuticals, medical and consumer healthcare divisions. He later joined SmithKline Beecham where he rose in this position to become the head and later Director of the pharmaceutical business of SB in Anglophone West Africa.
He resigned in 1996 to continue his own pharmaceutical business which he had established over the years. In 1999, he established BAS Associates Consulting as a consulting and training organisation which had recently been transformed into a Renewable Energy and Environmental Consulting company. In 2001, he also established Rubitec Nigeria Ltd, a renewable energy company providing alternative sources of energy like solar, wind, small hydro power and Biomass.
Through his company BAS and other organisations, he has facilitated training courses for various organisations in the banking and finance sector, manufacturing, and service industries in leadership, teamwork, personal development, general management, sales and marketing. He is a resource person, facilitator and trainer for Enterprise Development Centre, EDC. He is part of a select group of consultants working with EDC, International Finance Corporation IFC, and MTN to develop and implement a toolkit for SME development in Nigeria.

He is the Medical director of Naturecure Health Restoration Centre based in Lagos,Nigeria, where medical knowledge is combined with herbal and natural therapies to treat and cure many ailments.
He had a professional training in Industrial management and an academic background in law. Dr. Onashile worked in various positions in the industrial sector. He worked as Head of personnel and training at Berec Nigeria Ltd and Berec International Sales Ltd for many years.
He was later appointed the secretary, Education & Training of the institution of Industrial Managers (Nigeria Branch) with Headquarter in London. He then moved to work as the general manager, Bustrac Household products industries, the first manufacturers in Nigeria of white fabrics detergent.
Crossing over to the field of Natural medicine was by providence as it would appear he was destined to continue in the line his father, a pharmacist left behind. He pursued his training in Natural medicine with determination and is today, one of those to be reckoned with in the field.
He is married with children in various academic and professional careers.
